Our Home Performance Survey is a fast and easy first step toward energy efficiency!

And it’s free – as in no-cost-to-you-totally-free. This utility-sponsored program is offered at no charge to the homeowner.

It includes a thorough walk through inspection of your home by one of our BPI certified building analysts.  During the survey, our analyst will ask you a series of questions in addition to compiling a list of data to help us understand how your home is performing.  At the end of the survey, our analyst will be able to make some recommendations as to how you can make your home more energy efficient!

Included with the survey is an Energy Efficiency Starter Kit!

The Kit Includes:

• 5 CFL Light Bulbs
• 3 Sink aerators
• A low flow showerhead
• Hot water pipe insulation
